The quality of our services depends on the ongoing training offered to our operators and for this reason we organise courses to help individual, professional growth. We have compulsory general courses relative to a specific job (for example, COURSE FOR FORKLIFT OPERATOR for the use of forklift trucks) and ADDITIONAL COURSES to enhance the professional growth of each associate.
SAFETY IN THE WORKPLACES: this course is carried out in accordance with legislation D.Lgs 81/2008 and guarantees the minimum regulations with regard to health and safety in the whole of Europe.
H.A.C.C.P TRAINING COURSE: this course is a 4-hour course which has a compulsory 100% attendance requirement of the total hours. It is carried out by a Qualified Instructor in Food Technology which is mandatory for all operators, given the nature of the services we offer.
All initial INDUCTION TRAINING COURSES AND REFRESHER COURSES specific to each job are COMPULSORY.
CLEANING 1: this course explains the work methodology: how to recognize the different types of dirt, how to use cleaning materials in the correct manner in order to remove visible and invisible grime and how to use cleaning cloths, sponges and swabs in the appropriate manner.
We then offer courses for QUALIFIED FORKLIFT OPERATORS, conduction of elevated, mobile platforms P.L.E. and D.P.I, III CATEGORY for the associate workers who wish to enhance their competences and acquire new skills.
INTEGRATED SYSTEM COURSE: this course is offered to all associate workers and offers a résumé comparative to the norms ISO 9001, ISO 14001 AND OHSAS 18001, depending on the roles and duties covered in the Company.
ENGLISH COURSE: this course is divided into Basic Level English and English Speaking. It is compulsory for all our Reception staff but it is also offered to all associates who are interested in improving their skills.

Additional training courses are offered to those associates who wish to add to their professional skills.
CLEANING 2: this course enables operators to recognize the different types of specific surfaces and the appropriate products to use to clean them. They also learn about the cleaning machinery to use, for example: single sweeper and man-driven sweeper, liquid suction machinery, man-driven washer/dryer, osmosis machinery, high-speed waxing machinery and sanding/polishing machinery.
We offer courses for QUALIFIED FORKLIFT OPERATORS, conduction of elevated, mobile platforms P.L.E. and D.P.I, III CATEGORY for the associate workers who wish to enhance their competences and progress to new skilled work.
